- "This is going to work." Use this assertion of power, determination and faith to pre-pave the way to success.
- "I'm terrified." Fear is an asset. It can save you from danger and alert you to trouble.
- "I don't know how to do this." It's better to admit it and learn than to fake it and embarrass yourself.
- "I trust you." Trusting others is a function of learning to trust yourself and listening to your inner guidance.
- "Let's go." Where you're going matters far less than the enthusiasm you have for the trip.
- "Eureka!" Being the first to know or learn something is amazing.
- "Your secret is safe with me." It feels good to be trustworthy.
- "I don't care." Discern between what's important and what's trivial.
- "I earned this." Be proud of your accomplishments.
- "This is my favorite thing." Enjoy what you love and say so as often as you can.
- "Tell me more." Really getting to know someone or something will help you understand yourself.
- "I'll try it." Consider the cost of never saying you'll try.
- "That was my contribution." Own what you've created.
- "Get out." It's harder to take back an invitation that to give one, but sometimes it's worth it.
- "This is who I am." Nervous energy spent on pretending to be something you're not is better spent almost anywhere else.
- "Hold the mayo." Ask for the little things once in a while and you'll find it easier to ask for the big things.
- "I can master this." The ability to learn is the foundation of every other talent.
